Chartly AI Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, bireysel geliştirici Yüksel Öztürk tarafından yayınlanan Chartly AI mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmet
Uygulama, yüklediğiniz grafik görsellerini yapay zekâ ile yorumlayan bir teknik analiz aracıdır ve ChartBot adlı bir sohbet asistanı sunar. Analizler yalnızca görselde görünen verilere dayanır.
2. Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir
Uygulamadaki hiçbir içerik yatırım tavsiyesi, alım-satım önerisi veya finansal danışmanlık değildir. Yapay zekâ çıktıları hatalı, eksik veya güncel olmayan bilgiler içerebilir. Yatırım kararlarınızı kendi araştırmanıza dayanarak verirsiniz ve sonuçlarından siz sorumlusunuz. Gerekirse lisanslı bir yatırım danışmanına başvurun.
3. Hesap
Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı kullanmak için 18 yaşından büyük olmalısınız.
4. Abonelik ve ödeme
- Analiz ve ChartBot özellikleri haftalık bir abonelik gerektirir. Güncel fiyat satın almadan önce Uygulama'da gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse her hafta otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın iade politikalarına tabidir.
- Fiyat değişiklikleri, yürürlüğe girmeden önce mağazanın kurallarına uygun şekilde bildirilir.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanamaz, başkalarına ait haklarınız olmayan içerikleri yükleyemez, hizmeti otomatik araçlarla aşırı yükleyemez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışamazsınız.
6. İçeriğiniz
Yüklediğiniz görsellerin hakları size aittir. Analiz hizmetini sunabilmemiz için bu görselleri ve mesajlarınızı Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanan şekilde işlememize ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza iletmemize izin verirsiniz.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, yazılımı, adı ve logosu geliştiriciye aittir. Size yalnızca Uygulama'yı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Uygulama'nın kullanımından veya analizlere dayanılarak alınan kararlardan doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
9. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır; değişikliklerden sonra Uygulama'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.

Chartly AI Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Chartly AI mobile app (the "App"), published by independent developer Yüksel Öztürk. By using the App you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The App is a technical analysis tool that uses AI to interpret chart images you upload, and offers a chat assistant called ChartBot. Analyses are based only on the data visible in the image.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in the App is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or financial consulting. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You make your own investment decisions based on your own research and are responsible for their outcomes. Consult a licensed financial adviser if needed.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
4. Subscription and payment
- Analysis and ChartBot features require a weekly subscription. The current price is shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically every week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
- Price changes are announced before they take effect, in line with store rules.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, upload content you have no rights to, overload the service with automated tools, reverse engineer the App, or try to bypass its security measures.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to the images you upload. To provide the analysis service, you allow us to process these images and your messages and pass them to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The App's design, software, name and logo belong to the developer. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the App or from decisions based on its analyses. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the App.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
